Mixing Bottle 15ml with Dropper

Direction on how to make a treatment bottle:
Add 2 drops of each of the Individual Bach Flower Remedies and/or 4 drops of Rescue Remedy, (optional: add 1 tea spoon of brandy, apple cider vinegar or 2 teaspoons of glycerin as a natural preservative.) From this mixture you take minimum 4 drops, 4 times a day or as needed.

NOTE: Please clean all mixing bottles before use and in between uses with boiling water and soap

I read all your information, then chose five flower remedies to hopefully help stabilize my up and down moods. I honestly didn't expect much, so am delighted to discover that I really feel more centered. And when I am too hyper or down, I take a couple more drops and give myself a few minutes of me time.
