Meriva® Turmeric Complex (proprietary blend of turmeric rhizome extract and phosphatidylcholine) 500 mg

Suggested Use: 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Other Ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, and silca.
