The formula of five different flower essences Clematis, Cherry Plum, Impatiens, Rock Rose, and Star of Bethlehem was developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930's through his own practice and observation. For the feeling of:
Cherry Plum: Loss of control or fear of losing self-control.
Clematis: Daydreaming or feeling un-grounded.
Rock Rose: Frozen fear or terror
Star of Bethlehem: Aftereffect of trauma or grief.
Impatiens: Feeling restless, impatient and irritated.

Ingredients: Organic Cognac (40% vol.), water, and the Bach Flower Essences

How to use: 2 drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals, or 2 drops in a 30ml dropper bottle of water and take 4 drops, 4 times a day directly by mouth.
