Rescue Sleep melts December 5, 2018 Reviewer: Lori Townsend from Collins, MO United States   These work fine for sleep but the amount of 28  count should be 30 for the price. The biggest problems is the shape. They are tiny ROUND gelcaps and are very easy to lose once the are popped out from their blister pack. They roll everywhere and many times get lost somewhere on the floor where I have not been able to locate them. They are difficult to pick up once you do find them. My suggestion is to use a bigger gelcap that is oval or oblong and of course a little bit bigger. I have found that these tiny round BB shaped caps are very aggravating to work with, so I would suggest popping them out of their blister pack over a small empty cup to avoid losing the entire dose to them rolling on the floor somewhere. Sleep well! November 1, 2017 Reviewer: Linda from Northwood, NH United States   I didn’t think this product could really help me sleep and especially when I saw how small the tablets were!   But they’ve been a great help to me.  I’m off my prescription sleep meds and my thoughts don’t keep repeating and spinning as I try to fall asleep.  Great product!
