rescue plus sleep gummy Thursday, March 28, 2024 Reviewer: Dora Roost from Harmony   I was very excited to see that Rescue Remedy had a sleep aid, unfortunately I do not find it to help me stay asleep any longer than I usually do, I can only sleep 4 - 5 hours and have to get up for an hour before falling asleep again.  I do find they help me fall asleep quickly but not stay asleep which was my main purpose in buying them.
