Eucalyptus: repels live lice
Vinegar: will loosen the glue that holds the eggs to the hair.
Live lice will die if they don't get to eat human blood for 48 hours; they will suffocate and die within 4 hours if smothered in conditioner, oil, mayonnaise. The eggs should be removed with a fine comb daily for 10 days.

Day 1:
Rinse hair with a combination of water, vinegar, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Eucalyptus. Leave it in hair for 10-20 min.
Smother hair in Neem Conditioner for 4-8 hours
Wash hair in Neem Shampoo
Condition hair normally with Neem Conditioner
Comb Hair
Day 2-4:
