I ordered these remedies by phone and the package arrived in good time, and was the best packing job I've seen in a long time. Despite January weather in November (40 below in either system), the bottles were all intact - good luck, as I've had othr items freeze and break glass bottles in these conditions. I've been using Bach flowers since the early 80s and am glad to have good access again. Emails between Bettina and me have been enjoyable too.
