Place RESCUE Sleep® Liquid Melt on your tongue and let it melt when your mind won't switch off from repetitive thoughts. The fast-dissolving capsule quickly releases 4 drops of RESCUE Sleep® to help you enjoy a natural nights sleep.

Iam familiar with this company,  yet sad to say this particular product did nothing for me.  I was to take 2 of the liquid melts under tongue or just let them melt in my mouth...nothing, next nite I did 4 of them...nothing, next nite 6 of them...nothing..no sleep, just tossing and turning on all nite taken.   That is my story with this.  Do not let my story keep you away from purchasing, my problem may have been that I did not purchase the right product.

My therapist recommended that I try these as a drug-free alternative to help with my sleep issues. I had no idea that these would be so effective so quickly. About 20 minutes after I take one, I drift peacefully to sleep, and stay asleep. Using these means that I’ve been sleeping through the night, instead of constantly waking up to toss and turn. I’ve told my sister and her partner about them as well, and they’re thrilled with how well they work! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
