This tincture works wonderfully to calm my mind and feelings of anxiety. All you need is 2 drops on the tongue on the onset of anxious feelings. Take more in an hour if needed. This is a beautiful product.

Immediately experienced an overall sense of well being.    Earlier in my life I had heard about and purchase a book on Bach Flower Remedy but never read it.  Guess I wasn't ready for it until now at 70yrs of age.  Very grateful to Dr Bach, your company, and the Bach Foundation for preserving his knowledge of the remedies.
